Akhile Tours is a registered Close Corporation whose
core business is provision of shuttle, door-to-door transport services from OR Tambo International Airport and other smaller airports around Johannesburg. The company seeks to operate within the broader network of the tourism industry, complementing and facilitating linkages with other tourism service providers in areas of accommodation and access to places of interest in the country.
It is in this context that the company views as priority the registration and affiliation to recognized bodies such as the South African Tourism Authority through its provincial office (i.e. the Gauteng Tourism Authority), Gauteng Enterprise Propeller, Ekurhuleni Tourism Development Unit, the Field Guides Association of South Africa, etc.
